1. Order minimum is $350. Due to administrative overhead, fixed costs, and other considerations, we have a minimum order value of $350. This is after wholesale discounts, but before taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.
- If you have multiple stores, and are placing multiple orders to have shipped / delivered to a single location, the total for all orders needs to meet applicable minimums. This may limit shipping options for each order, please select whichever makes the most sense and is available, but please leave a note in the shipping comments to clarify your intentions.
2. Free shipping / flat rate shipping / delivery by region. We do offer free and flat rate shipping to all our FLGS partners, with a few conditions:
- Your account MUST be in good standing.
- The order must be pre-paid prior to shipping by E-Transfer or Direct Deposit. Due to high cost of credit card fees, we can’t accepted them as a payment method for free shipping.
- For free shipping, order must meet a minimum value as listed in the table below. This is after wholesale discounts, but before taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees.
- There may be a delay for Local Delivery order, as we try to combine the trip with other trips to help the environment. If you require product by a certain date, please select a different shipping method. At our discretion, and at not additional charge to you, we may opt to ship your order instead.
- Gift sets, including Dice Calendars, are NOT eligible for free shipping due to their size.

3. Orders should ship within three business days. This may be adjusted due to conventions, incoming product delays, holidays, or other factors. We will try to post a notice if times are impacted. If your order is a rush, please notify us right away.
4. We ship Canada Post. Typically items ship as Regular Parcel, which includes item tracking. If you require it faster, please select a different shipping option.
5. Gift Sets, including Dice Calendars are NOT included in either the Free Shipping, or Flat Rate shipping options. Due to their size, it’s not possible to ship these for free.
6. Our products have a Minimum Advertised Price Policy (MAPP). As a retailer, you are welcome to sell our product for whatever price you see fit. Adventure Dice products may not be advertised in any mass market media, including online, in an email, or large publication print media, for less than 10% of our MSRP.
7. Returns and Exchanges. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will credit your next order the wholesale purchase price. Alternatively, we can send you replacements. Please contact us within five days of receiving the product. Returns and exchanges will be made on a case-by-case basis.
